We are seeking a dynamic, entrepreneurial, and ambitious Chief Executive Officer to lead a highly respected Australian IT distributor headquartered in Melbourne. The business holds an enviable position in the technology market and is well placed to accelerate both organic and strategic growth, including capitalising on emerging AI and next generation technology opportunities.
Supported by an experienced leadership team, with direct access to the founder and board mentors, the successful candidate will be responsible for driving the business to new heights. This includes increasing revenue through expanded market share, entering new markets, and leveraging innovative, technology led solutions. The role is ideally suited to a sales and systems focused leader with exceptional communication skills and the ability to engage effectively with staff at all levels.

* Oversee day‐to‐day business operations, ensuring all business activities and decisions are aligned with the company's long‐term vision
* Strengthen leadership capability, organisational resilience, and performance culture to support long‐term scalability
* Open new sales and distribution channels for emerging technologies, including AI and robotics
* Deliver sustainable organic and strategic growth with a strong focus on profitability and market share
* Embed an entrepreneurial, accountable, and action‐focused mindset across the organisation
