We are seeking a dedicated Centre Manager / Nominated Supervisor to lead our beautiful 36-place childcare centre in Earlwood. About the Role
As our Centre Manager and Nominated Supervisor, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the service, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements while fostering a positive and supportive culture for children, families, and staff.
You will lead a small, close-knit team and play a key role in maintaining our high standards of care, education, and family engagement.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
* Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or Early Childhood Teaching qualification (preferred)
* Minimum 2 years\' experience in a Centre Manager, Assistant Director, Nominated Supervisor, or similar leadership role
* Thorough understanding of the National Quality Framework (NQF), National Quality Standards (NQS), and Child Safe Standards
* Strong leadership and team management skills
* Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
* A genuine passion for early childhood education
* A commitment to creating a positive and supportive workplace culture
* A desire to build a long-term future with our service
Key Responsibilities
* Undertake the role of Nominated Supervisor
* Lead, mentor, and support a small team of educators
* Ensure compliance with all regulatory and licensing requirements
* Build strong relationships with children, families, and the local community
* Drive continuous improvement and quality outcomes
* Support staff development and performance
* Maintain high occupancy and family satisfaction levels
