G Squared is growing, and we're looking for a Senior Paid Media Consultant to join our award-winning Paid Media team.
This role is for a seasoned ecommerce performance marketer: someone who understands how paid media directly drives revenue and margin, not just clicks. You'll own ecommerce growth strategies for leading brands, working hands‐on across Google Ads, Meta Ads, Shopify and shopping feeds, while collaborating with specialists who help bring your strategy to life.
You'll manage your own portfolio of clients, shape their ecommerce media roadmaps, and be trusted to make commercial decisions that move the needle.

What you'll do
As a Senior Consultant, you'll be the strategic owner of your clients' paid media performance.
Direct to Consumer strategy & performance
* Own and evolve paid media strategies for ecommerce brands, with a clear focus on revenue, ROAS and scalable growth
* Lead strategy across Google Ads (Shopping, PMax, Search, YouTube) and Meta Ads (Shopping, Advantage+, prospecting & retention)
* Use data to make commercial decisions around budget allocation, feed optimisation, bidding strategy and creative direction
* Oversee Google Merchant Center, Meta catalogues and shopping feed health
* Understand how Shopify, product data, pricing, availability and promotions impact paid performance
* Collaborate with feed specialists and web teams to improve product coverage, performance and conversion rate
* Be the senior point of contact for clients: confident presenting strategy, results and recommendations
* Work closely with our implementation team, delegating execution while maintaining high standards
* Support and mentor Analysts as accounts scale
What we're looking for
This role is ideal for someone who has already scaled ecommerce accounts and wants more ownership and influence.
You'll bring:
* 6+ years of hands‐on paid media experience, with a strong ecommerce focus
* Deep expertise in Google Ads and Meta Ads, particularly shopping‐led strategies
* Strong understanding of Shopify, ecommerce tracking, and revenue attribution
* Experience working with Google Merchant Center, Meta catalogues and feed‐driven campaigns
* Confidence optimising campaigns based on performance data, feed quality and commercial outcomes
* Excellent communication skills, feeling at home and comfortable advising senior client stakeholders
* Google Tag Manager and website tracking experience
* High proficiency in Microsoft suite (Excel & PowerPoint)
* Strong business acumen
* CRO or ecommerce UX understanding
* Exposure to marketplaces or omnichannel ecommerce
* Programmatic or TikTok Ads experience
