Due to client demand and business growth we are seeking Payroll Officers, Payroll Specialists, Payroll Administrators and Payroll People to join teams across a variety of industries. These roles offer the chance to work hands-on with high-volume, end-to-end payroll and make a real impact.
What You'll Be Doing
* Processing payroll end-to-end across weekly, fortnightly or monthly pay cycles
* Managing high-volume payroll and multiple pay streams
* Interpreting and applying Enterprise Agreements, awards and payroll legislation
* Troubleshooting payroll issues and resolving queries for employees
* Maintaining accurate payroll records and supporting reporting activities
* Collaborating with HR and Finance teams to ensure smooth payroll operations
What You'll Bring
* Proven payroll experience in complex, multi-cycle, high-volume environments
* Strong understanding of payroll legislation, awards and Enterprise Agreements
* Experience with payroll systems such as SAP, Employment Hero, MYOB or similar
* Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities
* Flexibility to work in full-time or contract assignments
