Our client is a leading national firm who is currently looking for a Senior Associate to join their growing Restructuring and Insolvency practice in Sydney.
The role
Join a
highly regarded insolvency team
advising on complex corporate workouts, reconstructions, and insolvency matters. You'll work with creditors, administrators, and receivers across Australia and internationally, gaining exposure to high-profile and high-value cases.
This is a chance to develop your expertise in a top-tier practice, with opportunities to work on challenging and high-impact matters.
The role involves:
* Leading and managing high-value, high-profile matters from start to finish.
* Providing practical, commercial legal advice tailored to client needs.
* Supervising and mentoring junior lawyers on the team.
* Building and maintaining strong client relationships, liaising with internal and external stakeholders.
About you
You will have 7-9+ years post admission experience in a busy Restructuring & Insolvency team.
Additionally, you will have:

* Commercial, client focused approach.

* Excellent communication and can communicate effectively with colleagues and clients.
