Our client Kass & Co Pty Limited is an established Australian-owned business specialising in energy-efficient solutions, including the design, supply, and installation of solar power systems and sustainable energy products.

Trading as 4Eva Energy, they provide tailored services to both residential and commercial clients.

Due to their ongoing growth and the increasing complexity of our operations, they require a skilled and experienced Office Manager to organise, control, and coordinate the functions and resources of their office.

Position Overview

As an Office Manager you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of the office by managing administrative systems, supervising staff, overseeing budgets and compliance, and supporting business objectives.

The role requires a proactive and organised professional capable of implementing office processes, coordinating people and resources, and ensuring adherence to company policies and relevant legislation.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Organise, control, and coordinate daily office operations, resources, and procedures to ensure efficiency.

2. Supervise, allocate, and manage workloads of administrative and support staff, including recruitment, induction, training, and performance management.
3. Develop, implement, and review office systems, policies, and record-keeping procedures to support compliance and productivity.
4. Prepare and maintain management and financial reports, budgets, invoicing, and expenditure tracking.
5. Liaise with suppliers, service providers, clients, and internal departments to facilitate smooth communication and workflow.
6. Ensure compliance with company policies, workplace health and safety requirements, legal obligations, and environmental standards.
7. Coordinate and organise meetings, appointments, events, and logistics for the business.
8. Oversee office facilities, IT support, and procurement of equipment, materials, and services as required.
9. Support strategic goals of the company through effective office management and resource allocation.

Requirements:

1. Associate Degree, Advanced Diploma or Diploma in relevant field
2. At least 12 months of proven experience in office management, administration, or a related field
3. Prior experience energy efficiency / renewable energy space
4. Strong understanding of industry regulations
5. Strong leadership, team management, and interpersonal skills.
6. Demonstrated ability to organise and manage multiple priorities.
7. Proficiency in office software (Microsoft Office Suite, project management tools).
8. Robust written and verbal communication skills.
9. Knowledge of workplace health and safety regulations, business compliance, and relevant legislation.
10. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
