Description
The primary purpose of this role is to maintain the integrity and work closely with the Team Leader in the direction of the supports and plans/goals of the customer. This role acts as the go-to person between key internal and external stakeholders supporting the customer. Along with the Team Leader the Key Worker is the lead advocate for the customer.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience
* Certificate IV in Disability, Social Work or Community Service or
* Proven relevant experience, as a Disability Support Worker or similar.
* Good oral and written communication skills.
* Good computer skills.
