You'll combine proactive outreach, immaculate clienteling, and exceptional in-store experiences toachieve and exceed individual and store sales targets.

Exceed individual & store sales targets
Build a qualified, repeat-client pipeline (compliant outreach)
Create memorable Breitling experiences that drive sales & referrals
Keep CRM/data spotless for targeted clienteling
Proactive client acquisition
Daily lead gen via phone, SMS/WhatsApp, email, LinkedIn/social (per policy)
Set qualified appointments; drive traffic; approved off-site showings
Grow referral streams via local partners (concierges, luxury auto, jewellers, clubs, chambers, watch communities)
Reactivate lapsed clients with tailored offers; prospect ethically with consent
What you'll do
Deliver elite service: greet, discover needs, tell the brand story, close & handle objections
Hit targets; follow Breitling sales standards; meet KPIs via dashboards/manager feedback
Clienteling: follow-ups, thank-you/birthday notes; manage After-Sales (repairs, quotes, payments, deliveries)
Basic watch tasks: bracelet adjustments, strap/bracelet changes, cleaning, demagnetising
Maintain VM/housekeeping; receive shipments & display goods
Keep product/technical knowledge current; support weekly Smart Events & occasional after-hours
Handle complaints professionally; follow all policies; own a Key Responsibility Area

Clients & After-Sales (daily); Internal (Sales/Marketing, After-Sales, Logistics) & Senior Management (occasional)
What you'll bring
Few years in sales/hospitality/events (luxury not essential); excellent English
Proven results, strong communication/presentation & organisation; multitasker with attention to detail
Salesforce experience; quick learner; responsible team player
Outgoing, warm, confident; proactive, creative, forward-thinking; relentlessly customer-focused
Roster & compliance
Flexible roster; occasional after-hours events
Off-site appointments by approval
