Job Description What You'll Be Doing: Source, screen, and interview candidates (RNs, ENs, AINs, etc.) in accordance with HCA and client requirements. Advertise job vacancies using various channels (job boards, social media, referrals, etc.). Undertake phone and face to face interviews with prospective candidates Coordinate and conduct reference checks, credential verifications, and pre-employment checks (police clearances, immunizations, etc.). Maintain and update candidate records and ensure all documentation is compliant with industry standards. Assist with the onboarding process, including inductions, training, and credentialing. Liaise with internal team to understand staffing needs and provide timely recruitment solutions. Develop and maintain a talent pipeline for ongoing and future staffing demands. Attend recruitment events, job fairs, and networking opportunities to build brand awareness and attract talent. Provide regular recruitment metrics and reports to management. Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements related to healthcare staffing.
