As an Investigations Case Manager, you will be part of a positive team environment and your responsibilities will include:
· Managing and co-ordinating a portfolio of factual investigations for Victorian Workers' compensation insurers and lawyers;
· Managing workplace investigations.
· Being responsible for ensuring exceptional quality service in the delivery of circumstance investigation reports.
Essential skills:
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
* Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritise tasks and work to deadlines
* Proficient in computer literacy ;
* Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
* Working knowledge of the WIRC Act;
* an understanding of Workers' Compensation legislation and key concepts relating to personal injury compensation claims & investigation;
* Ability to edit detailed investigation reports.
Desirable skills / experience:
* WorkCover Claims Administration
* Insurance claims management experience
* Factual Investigation experience in Personal Injury claims
