An exciting (6-Months Fixed Term) opportunity exists for a talented and passionate individual to join the Digital Branch as a Product Manager - Web Analytics at the Department of Premier and Cabinet.
As the Product Manager, Web Analytics you will be responsible for driving the product strategy across government and are critical to the successful implementation of governments overarching digital strategy. A newly created role, you are the 'glue' between each agency and department at the forefront of the Department of Premier and Cabinets (DPC) product development.
This is a senior role within DPC's Digital branch and it is expected that you have solid prior experience delivering large scale digital strategies. It is mandatory that you have experience with Google Analytics/Marketing Platform implementation, including managing the technical vendors involved.
- Project management and/or business and resource management experience preferred.
- Experience with Google Suite products such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google Data Studio, Google Tag Manager is preferred.
- Experience with front end design, HTML, CSS and Javascript would be ideal.
- Solid experience using digital analytics to understand customer behaviour and make data-driven decisions to increase customer engagement and digital usage.
- Knowledge of digital media fundamentals including buying models, website measurement metrics and qualitative business measures.

To be able to meet the COVID-19 Mandatory Vaccination requirements and for the department to meet its obligations under the OH&S Act, the department will request employees provide their vaccination information (including 3rd dose / booster) or evidence of an exemption throughout the recruitment process. Inability to provide this may impact your subsequent employment to the department.
