About the role:
* Provide expert HR guidance to management and employees.
* Manage employee relations, performance management, and grievance processes.
* Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in compliance with legislation.
* Deliver training, inductions, and HR education programs.
* Support compliance with the Fair Work Act, Awards, and EBAs.
Key Responsibilities
* Tertiary qualifications in HR or a related field.
* 3–5 years' experience in a generalist HR role working with blue collar industries.
* Strong knowledge of Australian employment law.
* Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
* Ability to manage conflict and provide pragmatic HR solutions.
* High attention to detail and autonomy.
* Proficiency in MS Office and ability to deliver training sessions.
