About the Role
As a sales administrator, you will be responsible for providing day-to-day support to our clients. You must have excellent communication skills, the ability to problem solve and multitask.
This role involves:
1. Maintaining records of client interactions
2. Processing client accounts and filing documents
3. Compiling reports on overall client satisfaction
4. Managing ETA's, returns, warranty claims and general order queries
5. Working closely with other teams to find solutions for our clients
6. Ensuring complaints are resolved quickly and expertly
7. Assisting other areas as required
