Kirra Beach House is looking for a dedicated Venue Manager who shares our passion for excellence to join our venue. Key Responsibilities and The Role
- Minimum two years' experience in a similar management role
- Capacity to work in a team environment while leading from the front
- Drive financial performance, including spend‐per‐head optimisation and cost management
- Proven ability to work in a high‐volume bar or large capacity venue
- Experience managing venues with a capacity of 200‐400 patrons is required
- Ability to train and develop staff to ensure a consistently amazing customer experience
- Willingness to work nights, weekends, and public holidays
- Experience dealing with late‐night DJs and security
- High level of presentation and a keen eye for detail
- Current RSA, RMLV and Approved Manager's licence
- RSA and RMLV certification are essential, with Approved Manager's licence obtainable
