About the Project
This is a rare, career-defining opportunity to lead site operations on one of Western Australia's most prestigious and architecturally ambitious private residences.
Located on the banks of the Swan River, this five-story, super high-end home is already underway. Piling is complete, forward works are well advanced, tower crane up and structural works about to commence.
The project is being delivered for a client with significant experience in real estate development and construction. You'll operate from a well-equipped site office, working alongside a full-time Project Manager and full-time Site Supervisor, with additional staff joining as the project progresses.

The Role
We are seeking a confident, highly experienced Site Manager from a Commercial Background to take ownership of day-to-day operations and ensure the project runs to program. You will be instrumental in driving momentum, resolving issues on the ground, and ensuring high-quality outcomes at every stage.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead daily site operations and manage the sequencing of trades
* Drive the construction program and maintain accountability to deadlines
* Coordinate material deliveries, subcontractor activity, and site inspections
* Enforce site safety, compliance, and quality standards
* Hold current White Card and First Aid certifications as mandatory safety requirements
* Communicate clearly with consultants, certifiers, suppliers, and the wider team
* Resolve onsite challenges with decisiveness and professionalism
* Always representing the project and client with integrity
What You Bring
* Minimum 15 years' experience in site or construction management
* Demonstrated success in high-end residential, apartments and complex commercial buildings
* Experience with multi-story, architecturally complex structures required
* Multi-storey building experience will be considered for this role
* Deep understanding of structure, sequencing, services, and finishing trades
* Strong leadership—able to set the tone, lead from the front, and hold trades accountable
* Clear communication and proactive problem-solving under pressure
* A personal network of trusted, high-quality trades will be highly regarded
* Registered Building Licence not essential but highly regarded
