This role will see you take ownership of a diverse mixed-use portfolio across Sydney, including large-format retail, commercial, and industrial assets. You will act as the key point of contact, responsible for the day-to-day management, financial performance, and operational excellence of your portfolio. Key Responsibilities End-to-end property management including lease administration, financial management, and operations Manage arrears, rent reviews, and critical lease dates Prepare monthly reports with detailed operational and financial analysis Develop and manage annual budgets, including outgoings reconciliations Oversee contractor and service provider performance, including asset expenditure Ensure compliance with all operational, legal, and risk management processes Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants and clients Maintain high presentation standards across all properties within the portfolio About You Valid Real Estate License (essential) 3 years’ experience in commercial or retail property management Strong understanding of current property legislation Intermediate MS Office skills Highly organised with strong attention to detail and ability to multitask Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work autonomously and take ownership of your portfolio Strong stakeholder and client management skills Current NSW Driver’s Licence If you’re open to a confidential chat or know someone who should be, message me directly. 0435 399 309 acardillo@goughrecruitment.com.au
