About the Role
We are seeking a skilled professional to manage end-to-end rostering processes, including preparing, submitting and administering rosters and timesheets, while ensuring compliance with award requirements.
* Maintain accurate records and provide administrative support, including leave management, reconciliation of timesheets, allowances, onboarding support, and use of computer-based systems.
* Collaborate with managers and team members to ensure efficient staffing, reliable service delivery, and a cohesive work environment through proactive communication and support.
The successful candidate will have demonstrated experience in staff coordination or roster management, proficiency in IT systems, particularly Microsoft Office and related programs, understanding of SCHADS Award, and experience in disability, youth, and/or not-for-profit community sector.
