The builder: They pride themselves on repeat work, this builder successfully delivers projects across the education and commercial sectors up to $30M. Their workplace is welcoming, professional and have an enjoyable culture.
As a business they have recently picked up a number of education projects and other commercial projects and are looking for a commercial Site Manager to help deliver new build projects across Sydney.
About the role:
* Be responsible for overseeing the build from start to finish
* Oversee all sub-contractors & manage the quality of finishes
* Use leadership and organisational skills to hit project targets
* Ensure programme measures are being met and client is kept up to date
Your Background:
* Experience with site managing commercial projects
* Must have experience delivering new build projects over $10 mil
* 5-10 years as a site manager/foreman
* Keen eye for detail and ability to manage quality
* Positive attitude with the right temperament
* Ability to communicate effectively & drive programme
You will Receive:
* Employment with a commercial builder with strong project pipeline
* Up to $240k package, based on years of experience
* Support from office with CA's, PM's and operations manager etc.
* Genuine processes in place to achieve work life balance
There is a strong team of Project Managers, Contract Administrators and Directors to lend assistance.
