Care Services Facilitator Role
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the seamless planning and coordination of care services for children within our Child Protection program.
* Demonstrate a clear understanding of accommodation requirements for children and young people.
* Negotiate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective service delivery.
* Coordinate responses for Care Services for statutory Child Protection clients.
The ideal candidate will have demonstrated knowledge and understanding of the Child Protection system and related legislation and policies.
Key Responsibilities:
* Service Planning: Work collaboratively with colleagues to plan and coordinate care services that meet the needs of children and families.
* Stakeholder Management: Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective communication and service delivery.
* Care Coordination: Coordinate responses for Care Services for statutory Child Protection clients, ensuring timely and effective interventions.
Requirements:
* Qualifications: Relevant qualifications in social work, child protection, or a related field.
* Experience: Proven experience in care services planning and coordination, particularly in a Child Protection setting.
* Skills: Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
