We are seeking a skilled IT Support Specialist to assist with day-to-day technical support tasks in the education sector.
Key Responsibilities:
* Troubleshoot and resolve basic computer issues
* Replace and swap out hardware as needed for optimal system performance
* Manage and resolve technical tasks using an internal ticketing system
* Collaborate with the broader support team to address complex technical issues
* Work independently to complete assigned tasks and meet objectives
* Communicate effectively with end-users, explaining technical concepts in simple terms
* Provide guidance on technical methods and best practices
* Demonstrate initiative in meeting project milestones and progressing work
* Familiarity with Microsoft Intune is a plus, but not essential for this role
