Responsibilities & Qualifications
* Experienced Project Manager who has delivered multiple large multi‐story projects +$50M.
* Understand the challenges and requirements of aged care and retirement living projects.
* Solid employment stability with reputable Tier 2 main contractors and ability to get good references from Construction Managers.
* Strong leadership skills and can communicate construction methodologies and technical details to a variety of sub‐contractors and the project team and document this well.
* Ideally coming from a Contracts Administration background (not essential) you will have strong contractual and financial skills and know what it takes to consistently run a cash‐positive project.
* Great progamming, planning & mentor skills and someone who leads from the front with positivity, professionalism and a focus for nurturing a high performing culture.
