About The Role
You will be part of a dynamic and inclusive business enterprise that provides opportunities for people with disabilities to be employed alongside other trade-skilled team members. The role involves maintaining a wide variety of sites for our commercial clients, leading a team of gardeners and groundskeepers in tasks such as grounds maintenance, cleaning and general site upkeep. You will be hands-on, leading the team from the front and ensuring tasks are completed safely and to contract specifications.

Skills That Make You Stand Out
A trade and/or horticulture certificate or equivalent qualification or equivalent knowledge and experience.
Problem-solving and technical skills to address maintenance, contract and scheduling issues.
A high level of physical fitness to meet the manual handling requirements of the position.
Sound verbal and written communication. Sound negotiation skills, able to resolve conflict and assess when to escalated issues.
Sound organisational skills and ability to prioritise workload.
Valid current driver's licence.
Working with Children Check or willingness to obtain.
NDIS Worker Screening Check or willingness to obtain.
White card and understanding of WHS requirements.
Formal team leadership training and/or equivalent knowledge and experience with demonstrated ability to supervise and support staff.
