Sydney Tools is experiencing exciting growth, and we're searching for a dedicated Storeperson on a permanent, full-time basis to join our fantastic team in Fyshwick, ACT. Reporting directly to the Store Manager, you'll be a vital part of our store's success.

About You

* Previous Experience: Demonstrated experience in a similar Storeperson role.
* Current Forklift License (LF): Essential for operating our equipment safely and efficiently.
* Strong Attention to Detail: You're meticulous in your work, ensuring accuracy in all tasks.

Your Day-to-Day
As a Storeperson, you'll be at the heart of our operations. Your key responsibilities will include:
* Forklift Operation: Safely loading and unloading trucks with various products.
* Receiving & Dispatching Stock: Efficiently managing incoming and outgoing inventory.
* Picking and Packing Orders: Accurately fulfilling customer and store orders.
* Warehouse Maintenance: Maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the warehouse and store.
* Customer Service: Providing excellent service to customers face-to-face and over the telephone.
* Merchandising & Stock Replenishment: Assisting with store presentation and ensuring shelves are stocked.
* Team Collaboration: Working closely with the Dispatch Manager and sales staff to ensure smooth operations.
* Weekend Work: Being available to work every second Saturday (shorter day).
