As our pipeline continues to expand, we’re looking for an organised, energetic, people-focused HR and Office Administrator to support HR, recruitment, mobilisation and office operations. This is a full-time, permanent chance based in Perth, offering the chance to work within a supportive and driven team.
About the Role:
As our HR and Office Administrator, you will play a key role in keeping our people processes and office operations running smoothly. You’ll support the full employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding through to training, mobilisation and day-to-day HR admin, while also being the friendly, organised face of our front office. This role is essential to ensuring our workplace runs efficiently, our teams are supported.
Key Responsibilities:
HR & Recruitment
- Assist with advertising roles, screening candidates and coordinating interviews.
- Manage pre-employment checks, onboarding packs and new starter setups.
- Coordinate training, inductions, licences and maintain HR/Training records.
- Support payroll with timesheet collection, leave processing and data entry.
- Assist with mobilisation tasks including flights, accommodation, site access and PPE.
- Help with employee engagement activities and general HR admin.
Office Admin & Reception
- Provide reception support: greet visitors, answer calls and manage the inbox.
- Oversee office supplies, stationery, PPE, first aid kits and storeroom stocktakes.
- Liaise with couriers, printer techs, cleaners and other external vendors.
- Manage mail, deliveries, catering orders and meeting room setup.
- Maintain tidy shared spaces and assist with filing, scanning and formatting documents.
- Provide general admin support to HR, Finance and Project teams.
Skills and Experience:
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and a friendly, professional manner.
- A can-do attitude and willingness to pitch in wherever needed.
- High attention to detail and commitment to confidentiality.
- Previous HR, recruitment or office admin experience is ideal but not essential.
