We are seeking a proactive and organized
Office Administrator
to be the first point of contact for our business while also supporting the smooth day-to-day operation of our Perth office.
About the Role:
This role combines front-desk reception with general office administration and asset coordination. You will play a key role in creating a welcoming, professional environment while ensuring office supplies, shared spaces and basic systems are well managed.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide front-desk reception coverage: greeting visitors, answering calls, managing the reception inbox, and maintaining a professional first point of contact for the business.
* Coordinate office supplies, stationery, first aid kits, kitchen consumables, and PPE stock levels, including regular stock takes and replenishment.
* Liaise with external vendors such as printer technicians, couriers, cleaners, and maintenance contractors (e.g., resolving printer toner/ink issues and organizing repairs).
* Manage incoming and outgoing mail, receive packages, and organize occasional pickups or courier runs as needed.
* Assist with coordinating office catering, meeting room preparation, and event/meeting support.
* Maintain cleanliness and organization of shared areas including the storeroom, reception area, kitchen, and meeting rooms.
* Assist with general administrative tasks across the business, including filing, scanning, updating registers, formatting forms, and preparing basic internal communications.
* Monitor office asset movement (chairs, screens, keyboards, PPE, etc.) and coordinate replacements or repairs when required.
* Provide ad-hoc support to finance, and project teams when requested, covering a broad range of administrative duties to keep daily operations running smoothly.
Skills and Experience:
* Previous experience in an office administration or reception role
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
* A friendly, professional and confident communication style
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize in a busy office environment
* Confidence using Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
* A proactive and helpful approach with a strong customer service mindset
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Experience liaising with suppliers or service providers (desirable)
