Are you a seasoned Warehouse Manager ready to take charge and elevate warehouse operations?

AutoNexus, part of the global Inchcape group, is seeking an experienced leader to manage and optimize our warehouse activities across receiving, dispatch, inventory control, and distribution located in Chullora.

• Oversee daily operations, managing all aspects of warehouse functions, from receiving and dispatching to inventory control and credit functions, ensuring everything runs like a well‐oiled machine.
• Track and optimize Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to drive performance and achieve operational excellence.
• Take ownership of the warehouse budget, managing controllable costs, and ensuring operations are both efficient and cost-effective.
• Team leadership by leading, training, and developing a team of warehouse professionals, fostering a culture of teamwork, safety, and continuous improvement.
• Health & Safety focus, ensuring adherence to Occupational Health & Safety (OHS) guidelines, creating a safe work environment for all staff.
• Drive best practices in warehouse processes, inventory control, and supplier management, while continuously recommending improvements to streamline operations.
• Customer focus by working closely with key stakeholders to exceed customer service levels, ensuring timely, accurate, and efficient delivery of parts and services.

• Solid and proven experience and expertise within warehouse management, with a proven track record of leading large teams and improving operations.
• Exceptional leadership and people management skills, capable of leading a team of 15+ and fostering a culture of excellence.
• Analytical skills with the ability to manage KPIs, budgets, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Experience in a fast‐paced setting, with the ability to juggle priorities, manage resources, and work under pressure.
• Systems knowledge – Intermediate computer skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office, and ideally, experience in SAP and ISO9001 processes.
• Experience in 3PL environments and/or the automotive industry advantageous.
• Forklift licence, logistics qualifications, and exposure to change management.
