About the Role
We're looking for a Joinery Installer – anywhere from a motivated apprentice nearing completion, to a highly experienced installer – to join our team.
You'll be working on‑site installing custom joinery across high‑end residential and commercial projects. This role suits someone who has a high level of attention to detail, thrives on problem‑solving, and takes pride in producing top‑quality work.
We have roles suitable for candidates with a range of experience, and the salary package will reflect your skill level, tools, and responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
* On‑site installation of custom joinery and fittings
* Reading and working from detailed drawings
* Measuring, levelling, and aligning with precision
* Communicating effectively with clients, builders, and the Repose team
* Maintaining a clean, safe, and professional work environment
What We're Looking For
You're someone who:
* Has experience in joinery installation (apprentices, recently qualified installers, and senior installers all encouraged to apply)
* Is enthusiastic, proactive, and takes initiative on‑site
* Has excellent communication skills and a positive, professional attitude
* Pays strong attention to detail and takes pride in your work
* Is a team player who values collaboration and mutual support
* Holds a driver's license and reliable transport (car optional depending on salary package)
* Has basic tools (specialty tools provided if required)

Salary range $70,000 – $120,000, depending on experience and tools
