Delivery Consultant
Sharp and Carter (Digital & Technology) are currently looking for a Delivery Consultant to join their growing business. We are looking for an individual who has over 1 + year experience in a similar type role. We are open recruiters not in the technology space just want the right individual who will fit our culture.
Role & Responsibilities:
Candidate Management
1. Source candidates using a variety of methods including database search, job advertisements and social media.
2. Screen and interview candidates for current and potential roles.
3. Build a strong candidate pipeline through effective relationship building, networking and market mapping.
4. Database management - ensuring accurate data entry and internal compliance.
5. Candidate screening and verification to assess a candidate’s qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
6. Management of client and candidate interview processes including coordination, provision of timely feedback and offer management.
7. Project manage fast paced volume recruitment projects for clients by ensuring all candidates are sourced, assessed, interviewed, and communicated with, in a timely manner throughout the process.
8. Ensure your day-to-day recruitment activity is in line with all relevant employment laws and internal best practice processes and procedures.
9. Provide a high level of customer service and a positive experience to all S&C customers.
10. Partner with Senior Consultants and Managers to deliver client outcomes.
Recruitment
11. Write and post compelling job advertisements, ensuring they are accurate and appeal to potential candidates.
12. Writing candidate profiles for submission to clients
13. Reference checking
Broader Business Responsibilities
14. Participate in client meetings or events to provide expertise on the candidate market.
15. Support recruitment consultants by passing on any information and leads from candidates.
