Key Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will be responsible for maximising sales opportunities across new and pre-owned vehicles, as well as vans. They will be required to understand and meet customer needs, ensuring long-term success in this role.

* To build strong relationships with customers and deliver exceptional service throughout the customer journey
* To stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, applying this knowledge to drive business growth
Requirements:
* Experience in a similar role within the automotive industry
* Exceptional closing and negotiation skills
* Self-motivation, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Advanced computer skills and proficiency in relevant software applications
* Excellent personal presentation and organisational skills
* Ability to think creatively and solve problems effectively
