Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lodge Operations Director to lead our teams across 8 unique lodges in Western Australia, the Northern Territory, and Queensland.

Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement strategies to improve lodge operations, ensuring seamless delivery of exceptional service across all departments.
* Lead, motivate, and empower a high-performing team to meet and exceed performance targets, while promoting a positive work environment.
* Conduct regular performance management, provide constructive feedback, and support staff development to ensure continuous improvement.
* Maintain efficient control of Food & Beverage costs, stocktakes, and inventory management to optimize profitability.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement initiatives that enhance guest satisfaction, Net Promoter Scores (NPS), and overall business growth.
Requirements:
* Minimum 5 years of multi-departmental management experience, preferably in the hospitality or tourism industry.
* Proven track record in delivering high-end food and beverage services, with a focus on quality, safety, and customer satisfaction.
* Experience in managing housekeeping operations, with a strong emphasis on cleanliness, efficiency, and attention to detail.
* Current Food Safety Supervisor certificate and Remote First Aid and CPR certification.
* Heavy Rigid Driver's licence and Commercial passenger licence are highly desirable.
