Your Responsibilities
* Maintain gardens, lawns, trees, and landscaped areas across facilities
* Perform general repairs and preventative maintenance tasks
* Ensure outdoor spaces are safe, clean, and visually welcoming
* Support facility upgrades, minor installations, and upkeep work
* Respond promptly to maintenance requests and safety issues
* Operate tools and equipment safely and efficiently
* Work collaboratively with care and facility teams
What We're Looking For
* Experience in gardening, landscaping, or general maintenance (preferred but not essential)
* Practical problem‐solving skills and a can‐do attitude
* Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
* Physical fitness and willingness to work outdoors
* Basic knowledge of tools, equipment, and safety practices
* A genuine desire to contribute to community wellbeing
