Job Description
This is a hands-on role that requires flexibility and adaptability. As a Retail Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing retail operations, promoting growth, and implementing best practices to ensure our local retail footprint remains sustainable.
You will work closely with a Multi-Site Manager and will be expected to provide supervisory assistance to our shop in Warwick. This role involves providing personalized and engaging customer service, understanding the needs of our customers, and working collaboratively with the team to achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee retail operations, including merchandising, cash handling, and workplace health and safety
* Provide supervisory assistance to the shop team, including training and development opportunities
* Implement best practices to promote growth and improve customer experience
* Work closely with the Multi-Site Manager to achieve sales targets and meet business objectives
