About you:
In your new role you will……
* Deliver specialised pharmacy clinical and consultancy services to community-based clients and stakeholders in accordance with accepted professional practices, legal and ethical requirements with a high degree of independence.
* Provide clinical advice and direction to a team of multidisciplinary clinicians to ensure effective service delivery and quality outcomes applying change management, conflict resolution and negotiation skills where necessary.
* Ensure patients and other staff are treated fairly and with mutual respect and understanding, regardless of cultural, religious, ethnic and linguistic backgrounds.
