About the role :
* Perform vehicle repairs and maintenance as per repair orders, including diagnosing problem jobs
* Maintain a thorough knowledge of our products and services
* Identify and communicate additional work as needed
* Complete all work accurately in accordance with the manufacturer repair times guide and standards
* Conduct road tests on vehicles to ensure quality
* Deliver high-quality, timely work to meet customer needs as per repair order instructions
* Perform quality checks on all completed work
The successful candidate will need the following :
* Previous experience with MG or Nissan brand however not essential
* Holds a current driver's licence
* Has a strong passion for the automotive industry and the brand
* Can thrive in a busy service centre environment
* Is reliable with a solid work ethic
* Pays excellent attention to detail
* Can work independently as well as part of a team
* Possesses excellent organisational skills
