Senior Business Analyst – PII & Data Compliance
Are you an experienced Business Analyst with a passion for data integrity and privacy compliance? This is an exciting opportunity to join our team and play a pivotal role in projects that safeguard sensitive information. You'll work closely with Project Managers, senior leaders, and cross-functional squads to define, document, and deliver business and technical requirements through all phases of the project lifecycle.
What you'll do:
* Lead the investigation of business problems and define detailed business and technical requirements
* Gather, interpret, and document requirements for systems handling Personal Identifiable Information (PII), ensuring compliance with privacy regulations
* Analyse existing processes and recommend improvements to enhance data security and integrity
* Design and implement functional solutions, including testing strategies and user training documentation
* Collaborate with stakeholders across legal, IT, and business units to ensure compliance and project objectives are met
* Manage RAID (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies) and produce insightful reports and dashboards
* Ensure requirements traceability and support quality assurance throughout development and testing phases
What we're looking for:
* 3-5 years' experience as a Senior Technical Business Analyst covering both business and technical requirements
* Hands-on experience with data implementation, migration, or governance projects
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in data analysis tools
* Familiarity with privacy regulations and data security best practices
* Experience with tools such as JIRA, ServiceNow, SharePoint, and Microsoft 365
* Ability to work in Agile environments and manage competing priorities effectively
* Excellent communication skills and stakeholder engagement capabilities
