We are looking for a reliable, enthusiastic Registered Nurse to join our fully accredited medical practice two days per week – Mondays and Tuesdays, with additional availability to assist with sick and annual leave coverage when required.

Job Responsibilities
* Administer medications, iron infusions, and Aclasta infusions.
* Immunisations: NIP, Travel, Yellow fever, Covid.
* Assist GPs with minor skin procedures and dressings.
* Care for pregnant patients – antenatal and post‐natal check‐ups.
* Perform medicals – Workplace, Insurance, Sporting.
* Conduct ECGs, ABIMs, ABIs, spirometry and pathology collection (blood collection not essential).
* Assist with triage, data management, diagnostic services, networking with other providers, planning and management of patient care and patient advocacy; telephone patients with test results as directed by GPs.
* Perform chronic disease management, including monitoring patients with diabetes, hypertension and other chronic conditions; prepare mental health treatment plans.
* Ensure sterilisation and maintenance of clinical equipment; maintain stocks of clinical supplies including correct storage (e.g., refrigeration).
* Maintain accurate patient records and assist with data collection for quality improvement initiatives.
* Support GPs and collaborate with administration and management to ensure efficient clinic operations and delivery of high‐quality patient care.
* Act within the practice and nursing code of ethics and appropriate level of clinical competence at all times; maintain awareness of current evidence and research on clinical practices; inform and educate other practice staff.
* Maintain registration education compliance as required by AHPRA.
Requirements
* Registered Nurse qualification with current registration with AHPRA.
* Current Driver's Licence.
* Current Working With Children Certificate.
* Current CPR Certificate.
* Experience as a Practice Nurse, preferably in a primary care or general practice setting (not essential).
* Experience in general practice and with Best Practice software is an advantage but not essential.
* Understanding of Medicare billing processes and experience in care plan reviews and health assessments.
* Commitment to providing compassionate, patient‐centred care and contributing to the success of the practice.
