We are seeking a seasoned Power Systems Engineering Leader to spearhead the delivery of complex power systems projects in the mining and utilities sectors. This is an exceptional opportunity for a highly skilled professional to join our Toronto-based design team and contribute to the development of innovative solutions.
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing and delivering power systems for mineral processing related electrical projects and studies. Your expertise will include analysis and design of HV power systems, specialized network analysis, and performance standard studies. You will also be required to prepare and evaluate tenders, as well as utilize power systems modeling packages such as DigSilent and ETAP.
Key Responsibilities:
* Undertake power system analysis and design power systems for mining and power generation industries
* Prepare and evaluate tenders for electrical projects
* Use power systems modeling packages (DigSilent, ETAP)
In this role, you will have the opportunity to work closely with a growing power systems team, contributing to the coordination of works from our engineering office in Perth, WA. You will also have the chance to travel for project requirements and collaborate with international teams.
