The Reserve Bank of Australia is seeking a Graduate Analyst to join their Note Issue Department. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing advice based on research and analysis, contributing to the preparation of papers, briefing notes and reports for Senior Leadership.
The ideal candidate will work closely with legal and procurement teams within the bank to facilitate the preparation of legal agreements and contracts for projects. They will also develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders to execute the objectives of Note Issue.
In this role, you will undertake analysis to help inform the ongoing development of banknote strategy and policies. This will involve influencing projects and policy that relates to the provision of secure and reliable banknotes.
About the Role:
* Provide strategic advice based on research and analysis to support senior leadership decision-making
* Collaborate with legal and procurement teams to prepare legal agreements and contracts for projects
* Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders to execute project objectives
* Contribute to the development of banknote strategy and policies
* Influence projects and policy related to secure and reliable banknotes
Requirements:
* A strong written and verbal communicator
* A collaborative team player and strategic thinker
* Driven to support good policy outcomes for Australia
* A degree in economics, law or another commerce or STEM field with strong academic achievement
* Completed degree or Master's no earlier than December 2023
