The Role
We’re looking for Scaffold Supervisors to join our cohesive and high-performing team, contributing to planned shutdowns, maintenance, and project work across various sites. This is a FIFO role from Perth, offering the chance to work on high-profile projects where your leadership will be key in driving safety, quality, and team performance on-site.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and supervise scaffolding teams
Ensure safe and efficient execution of works
Mentor and support team members to achieve high standards
Promote a positive and professional site culture

About You
Full Australian working rights
Construction White Card
Relevant trade qualification
Current VOC (Desirable)
S26 (or willingness to obtain)
Valid Working at Heights, Confined Space & Gas Test Atmosphere tickets
Proven leadership experience with Tier One mining clients
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Professional, reliable, and safety-focused attitude
