Role Overview
We're seeking a versatile and logical Business Analyst / Project Manager to join our growing operations. This role combines change management, account management, project coordination, and strategic thinking. You will be the go-to person who helps identify problems, propose clear solutions, and lead initiatives to success. Our ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced environments (startups, small teams), is easy to work with, and knows how to turn complexity into clarity. You will work directly with leadership and clients, often taking ambiguous problems and transforming them into actionable plans and professional presentations.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead change management initiatives and support organizational transformation
* Lead and manage change initiatives across business and technology teams
* Build strong relationships and manage communication with key client accounts
* Own and drive end-to-end project delivery, including planning, execution, monitoring, and reporting
* Conduct business analysis activities such as requirement elicitation, gap analysis, process mapping, and solution validation
* Create clear, solution-focused slide presentations to communicate insights, project updates, and recommendations
* Collaborate cross-functionally with technical, product, and operations teams
* Define and track project KPIs and success metrics
* Identify risks and propose mitigation strategies proactively
* Support UAT and change adoption across stakeholders
* Foster a culture of continuous improvement and strategic alignment
Requirements
* 2–4 years of experience in business analysis
* Proven experience in startup or small business environments
* Demonstrable Business Analyst experience with an ability to understand business goals and apply problem-solving and analytical thinking
* Demonstrable experience in documenting and eliciting requirements - e.g., running workshops and converting to clear user stories and acceptance criteria
* Ability to collaborate with the Development team and the QA function to assist in translating business requirements to technical requirements
* Clear written and spoken communication in English, with a track record of being able to develop strong relationships with stakeholders of varying levels of seniority
* Strong and independent ability to manage prioritisation, while balancing scope and time
Nice to have
* Experience in delivering projects through Agile ways of working - this includes platforms like JIRA and Confluence
* Ability to process maps and use platforms such as Figma or Visio
* Prior experience in technology delivery teams is favourable to have
