We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Customer Onboarding Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for welcoming new customers to our care suite and managing the end-to-end onboarding journey.

This is a key position in our organization that requires an energetic and detail-oriented individual who can guide customers through the onboarding process. The ideal candidate will have experience in SaaS onboarding, implementation, customer success, or a related client-facing role.
The successful applicant will lead and manage the end-to-end onboarding journey, coordinate with cross-functional teams to deliver smooth onboarding activities, partner with sales and customers to align onboarding with customer goals, and configure and optimize the platform to ensure customer value is activated early.
Responsibilities
* Develop and implement effective onboarding strategies to ensure seamless integration of new customers
* Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify and resolve potential issues during the onboarding process
* Communicate regularly with customers to provide updates and address any concerns
* Monitor and analyze onboarding metrics to identify areas for improvement
Requirements
* 2+ years' experience in SaaS onboarding or a related field
* Strong knowledge of the Aged Care sector, including regulatory and funding challenges
* Understanding of key business functions in home care
* Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
