**About the Role**:
RDO Equipment is seeking a Used Equipment Coordinator to be based out of our Toowoomba Support Office. Some remote work may be possible after initial training.
**The key responsibilities of this role will include but not limited to**:
- Support the business by providing market-based valuations and support to the RDO trade evaluation process
- Support the remarketing of used equipment onto digital and other forms of customer facing marketing formats
- Facilitate the distribution of Used Equipment customer leads through our internal system from phone and from our other digital platforms
- Support the Used Equipment training for onboarding all new salespersons to understand our key systems including the 'Used Appraisal Module' and supporting the wider sales process
**You will bring the following skills and experience to the role**:
- Knowledge of agricultural, construction, forestry, environmental equipment or dealership business operations experience would be highly regarded
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to be adaptable amidst an environment of constant change
- Excellent customer service skills and written and oral communication skills
- Excellent computer skills
