Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled Venue Operations Manager to lead our dynamic team and orchestrate the daily operations of our multifaceted venue. This includes managing multi-paced venues, leading teams, and cultivating strong management teams.

The ideal candidate will have experience in Venue Management, Entertainment focused venues, hospitality industry, food product knowledge, high-turnover customer service environments, business development, strategic hospitality management, team leadership, interpersonal skills, market awareness, trend analysis.

About the Role:

* Lead a high-energy team and execute activations
* Build strong relationships with DJs & promoters
* Develop and implement strategies for growth and improvement
