* Main Responsibilities:

6. Successfully implement local marketing strategies, pricing changes, products, and promotions to drive sales and growth.
7. Effectively manage employee grievances and maintain a positive work environment.
8. Publish staff rosters in line with labor budgets and minimize food wastage by optimizing stock orders.
9. Manage a profitable P&L to achieve targets and deliver against Balanced Scorecard objectives.
