About Us
Absolute Disability Care (ADC) is a growing, values-driven NDIS provider delivering high-quality, person-centred supports across Queensland. We provide Core Supports and Support Coordination, with a strong focus on participant choice, control, and meaningful outcomes.
As we continue to expand, we are seeking a motivated, confident, and commercially minded professional to drive marketing, lead conversion, and participant onboarding across our service streams.
About the Role
This role is critical to ADC's growth and service commencement. You will take ownership of the end-to-end intake and marketing process, from first enquiry through to service readiness.
You will be responsible for:
* Marketing and brand visibility
* Managing enquiries and closing leads
* Onboarding participants into services
* Supporting digital marketing and campaigns
This is a hands-on, results-focused role combining community engagement, digital marketing, and administration.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing, Networking & Client Engagement
* Manage social media platforms, content creation, and scheduling
* Handle inbound calls and enquiries (participants, families, referrers, and stakeholders)
* Convert enquiries into active participants and services
* Promote ADC services and programs
* Conduct community networking and outreach (1 dedicated day per week)
* Support marketing campaigns, brand awareness, and lead generation
* Maintain strong professional relationships with community organisations and referrers
Digital Marketing & Growth
* Manage Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), and SEO strategies
* Oversee website content and digital optimisation
* Manage Meta Business Suite and LinkedIn (organic and paid campaigns)
* Create visual assets using Canva or Adobe Creative Suite
* Develop and manage Mailchimp newsletters and automated email campaigns
* Analyse performance, engagement, and lead conversion outcomes

About You
We are looking for someone who is:
1. Confident and professional on the phone
2. Well-presented, engaging, and relationship-focused
3. Highly organised with strong attention to detail
4. Marketing and social-media savvy
5. Familiar with NDIS services, intake, and documentation (preferred)
6. Experienced in sales, marketing, intake, customer engagement, or NDIS administration
7. Skilled in Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, and digital campaigns (highly regarded)
8. Able to work independently and manage competing priorities
