The primary role of the Position as a Facilities Manager is to facilitate the Organization a State-of-the-art Infrastructure across the Country right from identification of suitable Property, Design the Layout of the facility as per Organization's as well as Local Customer requirements and build the Offices, Call Centers, Laboratories, Data Centers suitable for Information Technology, Software Development and IT Enabled Services and most importantly manage these facilities flawlessly in compliance with local laws and WHS on day-to-day basis;

- Primarily to analyze business requirements of the Australia Region in coordination with the Business Unit Team and the Customers, create Development Centers as per the requirement of Integrated Business Units, Internal and External Customers and sustain safe and productive environment for the Employees of the Organization to meet deliverables assigned by Customers without any obstacles in a safe and secured environment.
- To design and creating Offices with various facilities like Networking, Security, Access Control System, Fire Alarm System, Smoke Detection System, Fire Extinguishers, Fire Sprinklers, Air-conditioning, Public Addressing, Lighting Sensors for optimum utilization of electricity, CCTV, Communications Room, Device Testing Labs, Data Centers, Precision Cooling, Uninterrupted Power Back up, Sanitary/Housekeeping, Pantry, Recreation, etc. In addition to the above facilities, he is also responsible for proper functioning of Customer's 5G equipment based in one of the Locations of Tech Mahindra.
- To initiate planning and implementation by bringing various Service Providers as a Consortium to fulfil technical and non-technical requirements of an Office premises.
- Maintenance and upkeep of the Company's buildings, ensuring that they meet legal requirements and health and safety standards.
- To conduct Fire Evacuation Drills in coordination with the Building Management and participate in Evacuation Drills from time to time.
- Conducting routine safety inspections, coordination with contractors, planning maintenance work, optimizing facilities.

- To negotiate with local Insurance Agencies and organize Asset Policies and Certificate of Currencies
- To coordinate with Mergers and Acquisition Team in conducting due-diligence in the Companies acquisition across the Region and manage these Facilities
- Providing MIS on Occupancy, tracking and controlling operational expenditure
- To coordinate with the Building and Property Managers for smooth operations
