The Role
This newly created role offers a rare opportunity to shape, uplift and embed a robust enterprise‑wide risk capability across the Bega Group. Working closely with the Head of Internal Audit & Risk, you will help design and enhance our Group Risk Management Framework, partnering with Executives, Senior Leaders, and Board Committees to deliver clear insights, pragmatic advice and strong governance foundations. With hybrid flexibility, site visits and exposure at the highest levels, this role blends hands‑on delivery with strategic influence in a collaborative and supportive environment.
Responsibilities
Drive the development, enhancement and implementation of the Group Risk Management Framework.
Collaborate with Executive and Board-level stakeholders to prepare risk insights, reports and dashboards for key governance committees.
Lead and coordinate Group Policies, policy governance and compliance activities.
Analyse and consolidate enterprise risk profiles to support informed strategic decision-making.
Partner across the business to strengthen risk culture and uplift risk capability.
About you
Skilled in enterprise and operational risk, with the ability to interpret complex issues into clear, practical recommendations.
Experience presenting to senior stakeholders, including Executive teams and/or Boards.
Strength in audit, compliance or risk advisory, ideally from FMCG, professional services or complex commercial environments.
Comfortable working autonomously, travelling as needed and engaging with diverse stakeholders across sites.
Collaborative, relationship‑driven and commercially minded, with a pragmatic style and strong influencing capability.
