The Role:
Our client is seeking an individual to lead an onsite team, delivering top-tier integrated facilities management services to clients situated in rapidly expanding areas of Adelaide. These state-of-the-art facilities boast stunning designs, calling for an experienced Facilities Management professional well-versed in a broad spectrum of both hard and soft service provisions.
Prior experience in the Facilities Management (FM) industry, demonstrating proficiency in both hard and soft services
Track record in contract management, with experience in (PPP) arrangements being advantageous.
Proven ability to cultivate and sustain productive relationships and collaborations with key stakeholders
Demonstrated skills in human resource management and knowledge of industrial relations.
Strong commercial acumen, including a solid grasp of financial and budgetary processes.
Proficiency in operational management at a high level.
Exceptional organizational skills
Proficient in analytical thinking and problem-solving.
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
