As a key member of our retail operations team, you will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day activities of a portfolio of retail assets. You will receive comprehensive training and mentorship to ensure your success in this role.
Main Responsibilities
* You will manage financial transactions, communicate with tenants, administer leases and oversee general office duties for a designated group of retail properties.
* In addition to administrative tasks, you may assist with minor repairs and maintenance work as well as monitor vendor performance. Building strong relationships with tenants is also an important aspect of this role.
To succeed in this position, we are seeking candidates with prior administrative experience who possess excellent communication skills both internally and externally. Strong organisational abilities and flexibility when working across different shopping centres are highly valued attributes in successful applicants.
