Reporting to the Head of Finance Broking, you will join our close-knit team as a Senior Relationship Manager. This client-facing role is perfect for a proactive professional who speaks the language of finance brokers and knows how to turn insight into opportunity. You'll thrive on understanding each client's unique needs, structuring creative, "outside-the-box" solutions, and taking satisfaction from seeing deals through from concept to close.

As a Senior Relationship Manager, you'll work closely with finance brokers and clients to structure tailored lending solutions. You'll combine commercial insight with creativity—identifying opportunities, solving complex funding scenarios, and driving deals from initial concept through to settlement. This role suits a proactive professional who understands the broker landscape and thrives on building relationships, originating deals, and delivering outcomes.

What You'll Be Doing

* Originate new business opportunities and manage inbound leads
* Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
* Analyse client financials and lending requirements
* Structure and present tailored lending solutions
* Prepare credit submissions and deal rationale
* Manage the client journey end-to-end as the primary point of contact
* Qualify prospects using structured screening processes
* Proactively follow up and progress applications
* Present lending proposals, terms, and valuations to clients
* Maintain accurate CRM records (Zoho)
* Collaborate with Sales, Credit, and Settlement teams to deliver outcomes
* Contribute to the growth of the mortgage broking vertical

What You'll Bring

* 5+ years' experience in lending, mortgage broking, or credit
* Proven ability to originate and close complex transactions
* Strong commercial acumen and financial literacy
* Track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
* Excellent relationship-building and negotiation skills
* Strong written and verbal communication
* Experience in cash-flow lending (highly regarded)
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
