Residential Property Manager – Infinity Group Australia
Locations: Southport, Gold Coast QLD
Type: Full-time, on-site, Monday – Friday, 9am–5pm (WFH 1 day/week post-probation)
Salary: Negotiable based on experience
About Infinity Group:
At Infinity Group, we exist to help everyday Australians conquer debt, build wealth, and create lasting financial freedom. Our average client pays off their home loan up to 20 years early and saves $270,000 on interest payments thanks to our flagship Rapid Repay program.
What began as a personal vision has grown into one of Australia’s most awarded financial services groups - built on education, driven by transformation, and backed by real results.
As Infinity continues to scale, our founders Rebecca and Graeme Holm remain deeply connected to the business, ensuring our mission stays personal, powerful, and people-first.
What Makes Us Different:
This isn’t your standard property management role and we’re not your standard property company. We manage people more than properties.
* No routine, ingoing or outgoing inspections
* No direct tenant interactions
* You will be responsible for keeping external Property Managers accountable, on behalf of our clients. Essentially, managing Property Managers, not properties.
We’re bold, disruptive, and unapologetically different. (Check out our socials and you’ll see exactly what we mean.)
The Role:
As a Residential Property Manager, you’ll oversee a high-volume portfolio of client properties post-handover, focusing on compliance, detail, and process excellence. You’ll review management agreements and leases for legalities and accuracy, ensure landlord insurance, lease renewals and rent reviews are up to date, monitor warranties and maintenance, and check routine inspection reports. You’ll need a strong backbone, exceptional attention to detail, and a thorough understanding of tenancy laws.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage external Property Managers, to ensure our clients’ investment properties are operating at full compliance and maximum efficiency
* Review leases for legal compliance, accuracy of terms and dates
* Ensure timely renewals of landlord insurance and rental agreements
* Monitor and follow up on property defects and maintenance issues
* Check and verify routine inspection reports
* Liaise with external agents to minimise vacancy periods and maximise rent
* Track and resolve warranty claims with developers
* Maintain detailed records of all property management activities
* Ensure compliance with relevant tenancy laws and regulations
* Provide regular updates to clients regarding property performance
What We’re Looking For:
* Proven experience in residential property management in Australia (ideally 5+ years)
* Highly proficient with QLD property management legislation (mandatory)
* Exposure and knowledge of Victorian and NSW residential property management legislation (desired)
* Certificate IV in Property Services (Real Estate) or equivalent (preferred)
* Current Property Management or Real Estate Licence (preferred)
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
* Confident communicator with the ability to push back when needed
* Solid understanding of local tenancy laws and compliance requirements
* High attention to detail, strong communication skills, and a proactive, client-first mindset
* Full working rights in Australia
